Rotaract

Rotaract is a branch of Rotary International, and organization that focuses on Service Above Self. Traditionally, Rotary is a group of business professionals from around the world formed into smaller and local clubs who work together to give back to the communities they exist in, as well as the national and international community For the Greater Green Bay Rotaract International, we are sponsored by the Green Bay West Rotary Club, although we have involvement in all four Green Bay area clubs.

The Greater Green Bay Rotaract has  been carrying out service projects all over the city. Now in the Spring 2014 semester, some of our plans include cleaning up the park that our organization adopted, raising funds for Multiple Sclerosis, participating in Relay for Life, and helping out our parent chapter in the Rotary District Conference. Besides service, the Greater Green Bay Rotaract also teaches its members business networking skills, and allows them to practice their skills with influential community members from the local Rotary chapters. Furthermore, being a group with a lot of college aged members we also focus on fun, with plans for programs in the near future like a bowling party and a Fox River kayaking trip.

The Greater Green Bay Rotaract meets most Thursday's during the academic year at 8:15 PM in the Mauthe Center Lounge. Please feel free to contact the club President, Evan Miller with any questions at emiller@mcenter.org. Additionally, please like "The Greater Green Bay Rotaract" Facebook page to stay up to date on club activity.
